The Tenth Principle -

God Knows All Things

The tenth principle of Jewish faith is the belief that God is omniscient, personally knowing all the deeds and thoughts of human beings perfectly. Among other things, this implies Personalism, the belief that God is a Person who is a Knowing Agent.

 

"I believe with complete faith that the Creator, blessed be He, knows all the deeds of human beings and all their thoughts, as it is said, 'He who fashions together their hearts is He who understands all their deeds."

Maimonides explains "The tenth principle is that God knows all that men do, and never turns His eyes away from them. It denies the opinion of those who say "God has abandoned His world".



In the Brit Chadashah:

Yeshua the Mashiach taught that that the very number of hairs on our heads are all numbered by God (Matthew 10:30), and our Heavenly Father knows what things we have need of before we ask Him (Matthew 6:8):
