The First Principle -

God Alone is the Creator of Everything

THE FIRST PRINCIPLE of faith is the belief in the Creator of the universe and that He is alone in His role as the Creator of the universe.

"I believe with complete faith that the Creator, blessed be His Name, creates and guides all creatures, and that He alone made, and makes, and will make everything."

Maimonides writes "There is a Being, perfect in every possible way, who is the ultimate cause of all existence. All existence depends on God and is derived from God." Note that the Aristotelian influence in this statement is undeniable.

In Hebrew, this principle is confessed:

In the Brit Chadashah:

For by him (i.e., Yeshua) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him (Col. 1:16). See also Heb. 1:3; John 1:1; 14; Rev. 4:11; Heb. 1:8,10-12.
