From ancient times." (Micah 5:1

"And he demanded of them where Messiah should be born, and they said to him, In Bethlehem of Judaea." (Matthew 2:4-5)

Let me tell of the decree: the L-rd said to me, "You are My son, I have fathered
you this day." (Psalm 2:7)

"For G-d so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

Of the Tribe of Judah...

"Our L-rd was descended from Judah."
(Hebrews 7:14)

"He was despised, shunned by men, A man of suffering, familiar with disease. As one who hid his face from us, He was despised, we held him of no account." (Isaiah 53:3)

"He came to his own, and his own people
did not receive him." (John 1:11)

"Now you gash yourself in grief. They have laid siege to us; They strike the ruler of Israel On the cheek with a staff."
(Micah 4:14)

"And they were striking his head with a reed and spitting on him and kneeling down in homage to him." (Mark 15:19)

"Dogs surround me; a pack of evil ones closes in on me, like lions they maul my hands and feet." (Psalm 22:17)

"And he went out, bearing his own cross, to the place called the place of a skull." (John 19:17)

"He was maltreated, yet he was submissive, He did not open his mouth; Like a sheep being led to slaughter, Like a ewe, dumb before those who shear her, He did not open his mouth." (Isaiah 53:7)

"But when he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he gave no answer."
(Matthew 27:12)

Garments Divided...

"They divide my clothes among themselves, casting lots for my garments." (Psalm 22:19)

"Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Yeshua, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part." (John 19:23)

Given Vinegar and Gall...

"They give me gall for food, vinegar to quench my thirst." (Psalm 69:22)

"A jar full of sour wine stood there, so they put a sponge full of the sour wine on a hyssop branch and held it to his mouth." (John 19:29)

Born of a Virgin...

"Assuredly, my Lord will give you a sign of His own accord! Look, the young woman is with child and about to give birth to a son. Let her name him Immanuel." (Isaiah 7:14)

"...she was found to be with child from the
Holy Spirit." (Matthew 1:18)

A Navi like Moshe...

"The L-rd your G-d will raise up for you a prophet from among your own people, like myself; him you shall heed."
(Deuteronomy 18:15)0

"If you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me." (John 5:46)

Melech Yisrael...

"Rejoice greatly, Fair Zion; Raise a shout, Fair Jerusalem! Lo, your king is coming to you. He is victorious, triumphant, Yet humble, riding on an ass, a donkey foaled by a she-ass."
(Zechariah 9:9)

"So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the L-rd, even the King of Israel!"(John 12:13)

"My ally in whom I trusted, even he who shares my bread, has been utterly false to me." (Psalm 41:10)

"Yeshua said, Truly, I say to you, one of you will betray me, one who is eating with me."
(Mark 14:18)

Tried and Condemned...

"But when they came to Yeshua and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs." (John 19:33)

He is our Sacrifice...

"But he was wounded because of our sins, Crushed because of our iniquities. He bore the chastisement that made us whole, And by his bruises we were healed. We all went astray like sheep, Each going his own way; And the LORD visited upon him the guilt of all of us."
(Isaiah 53:5-6)

"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls." (1 Peter 2:24-25)

Raised from the Dead...

"For You will not abandon me to Sheol, or let Your faithful one see the pit." (Psalm 16:10)

"Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen from the dead." (Luke 24:5-6)

Yeshua is Mashiach of Israel!

Note about Scripture References: The English Bible and the Hebrew Bible use slightly different verse numbering systems to refer to various Scripture passages.  This page uses the Hebrew Bible's verse numbers, not the English numbers, so, for example, Micah 5:2 in the English Bible refers to Micah 5:1 in the Hebrew Bible.
