Adonai Ori v'Yishi – "The LORD is my light and my salvation." Or is the most common word for light in the Scriptures; yishi comes from yasha, meaning to save, deliver, etc. (Yeshua is the Hebrew name for Jesus).

mimi ira? - mi is prefixive "from" added to the preposition mi ("who"), and ira is the imperfect form of yarei (to fear).

Adonai ma'oz-chayai - Ma'oz means a place of safety (from azaz, to be strong) and chayai comes from chayah, to live (chai means alive; chayim is life (pl. constr. sing.).

mimi efchad? Efchad is the 1ps imperfect of pachad, to dread, to fear.
