No "Reply" Option in Threads

Hi John,
I guess this is where to ask "forum questions" as well. I noticed that some threads do not allow you to reply. For instance on your thread "Peacemakers, Not Peacekeepers" there isn't a reply option. Was wondering what the difference was in those that do have the reply option and those that don't.

The only forum that doesn't allow registered members to reply is this one. All the others should allow you to add your insights and comments. Let me check on this.
