Temple Mount and Golgatha?

Shalom, isn't the temple mount just tradition that the sacrifice of Isaac took place? Isn't Golgatha also in the land of Moriah? Isn't it more likely that the attempted sacrifice was there? What is your view or opinion?

Shalom Michael. The sages have long taught that King David bought the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite and built an altar to the Lord there so that a “plague may be held back from the people” (see 2 Sam. 24:18, 21). In 2 Chronicles 3:1 we learn that the location of Araunah's threshing floor was "in mount Moriah." After David’s death, his son Solomon built the Holy Temple at this location. I hope that helps.
