I'm curious what your thoughts are on the rapture of the Church?
Do you have the scripture verses to back up your thoughts?

Yes, I believe in the rapture of followers of Yeshua, though I do not regard the institutional "church" and the followers of Yeshua to be a coextensive set, of course. My reasons for believing it are based on certain statements made by Paul in the NT, and esp. by comparing what Yeshua said about His second coming with the words he spoke about "preparing a place for us," etc... I believe the rapture is prefigured in the festival of Yom Teruah, otherwise called Rosh Hashanah...
