Of course... The idea of the Eucharist is bound up with the concept of "sacramental theology," whereas the Passover Seder of the Messiah is a commemoration of God's redemption given through Yeshua, the Lamb of God, etc. There are good reasons to remember the sacrifice of Messiah on a regular basis, though, and sacramental theology (at its best) is an attempt to do just that. The problem with such approaches, however, often has to do with ideas about "transubstantiation," "consubstantiation," and so on - which are medieval and even magical notions that transform the idea of Yeshua's sacrifice to be a recurring event of which participants may partake. This view is contrary to the nature of the sacrificial system revealed in the Torah and elsewhere in Scripture.
