Are Jewish things for me?

Postby Scarlett OHara » Thu May 29, 2008 7:25 pm

Dear Sir,

I'm not quite sure how to word this, but I'll try to do my best. I'm a Christian; have been for 16 years now. I have been interested in learning everything, including Jewish Prayers, language, ect. But I feel as if I am somehow intruding or invading or doing something wrong. Aren't the Payers and Festivals just for the Jewish people? I was going to order the First steps in Hebrew Prayer, but I almost felt as if they weren't for me...Anyway, I hope I've been somewhat coherent in getting my question across...Thank you for your time.

If you are a Christian, you are spiritually grafted into the original covenant people and share their heritage. You read a Jewish book (the Bible) and follow the One called the King of the Jews. Are you related to Him?

Shalom,

John
