Perhaps I rather should say "no-thingness" instead of "nothingness" which could evoke a wrong understanding. Tzimtzum, by the way, is a kind of void, a withdrawel of God, since it is impossible to plant a rose in an ocean of fire.

Also, the Big Bang-theory has it that everything expanded out of this little point of no dimension - out of it expanded space-time - out of this little dagesh broke the light through from the ineffable Ein Sof and as the light crystalized everything evolved from it, as the light crystalized down to the crudest matter. All down from the Holy of holies, from the Throne, from Heaven, from the world of the Archangles, the world of Angels, decending all the way down to this world of matter. The ladder of Jakob - the Son of Man - in whom all things exist.

How wonderful! I can´t help but find correspondence to the Big Bang-theory. Alef is silent - corresponding to "nothingness" or rather "the all" (Keter)...so when I read that "Bet" is plosive it blows my mind. It is that little point, the "dagesh", in Bet that makes it explosive. This particular dot has a special name in the Kabbalah: it is called the Reshit, which also could be referred to as Wisdom (Chochmah) - the first emanation (spokenWord) from G-d - "Let there be Light". All these words refers to Yehoshua - Adam Kadmon - with, through and in whom G-d created all that is.

He is the Beginning and the End, He is the Word, He is the Wisdom and the Light of God! Hallelujah!

I was so glad I read this, this is my first time reading the blog I think. Just last week I had a situation where I was rather upset with someone. They had been rather careless and it cost me. Well something in me said just be merciful. So I chose to be merciful. Within two days I found myself needing mercy from someone else, and Praise Abba received mercy.
Thank you.

Sad to say, but I am rarely at the cross of reflection unless I am personally suffering. Ingratitude is a terrible loss to our souls.

Yes. It takes discipline to use reason and integrity to be honest with oneself with others and with our Creator...ultimately both are 'good gifts' that we can receive from our heavenly Father if we ask for them.
