About this blog

Shalom. The purpose of this site is to provide a “scratchpad” for me to develop some ideas for the Hebrew4Christians web site (as well as other writing I do for Zola Levitt Ministries). As I’ve said elsewhere, what haunts me daily is an extraordinarily joyful subject — namely, the unrelenting grace and irrepressible love of the Lord God of Israel, especially as revealed in the life of Yeshua (Jesus), the Jewish Messiah and Son of God. Learning Hebrew (and especially the Hebraic mindset that informs all Scripture) is an incredibly rich and wonderful course of study — a means of “learning the language of the Kingdom.”

Please note that in order to read the Hebrew (and occasional Greek) text I post here, you will need an internet browser that is UTF-8 capable. For more information, see your browser’s help file.

If you want to study Biblical Hebrew, a good place to begin is at my main site, hebrew4christians.com. There I provide many free downloads, including flashcards, audio files, PDF files, etc., all intended to help you begin your Hebrew studies.

Kol tuv,

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him." (John 3:16-17, ESV) (Listen)
